As we continue to experience the challenges of an ongoing Global Pandemic, Centacare NENW continues to review and adapt processes to provide the best service to our clients whilst still ensuring the safety of our communities.
Centacare NENW is regularly monitoring all communications from the Australian and NSW Governments, and the World Health Organisation websites in order to make informed decisions regarding safety and welfare. Due to the continuing COVID-19 position currently in NSW, Centacare NENW has transitioned to a mixed modality for service delivery, with face to face services still available at our locations and e-service options available to clients if preferred.
Centacare NENW offices remain open, with all programs continuing to provide our essential services to our communities. As per Public Health Orders masks are mandatory whilst working in the office with the exception being those that meet the lawful reasons for not wearing a mask. All clients will continue to be screened prior to attending their face to face appointments and will be asked to postpone appointments if they present unwell. Clients who elect to receive e-services will be provided services from their regular clinician.
Please continue to be vigilant with hygiene practices, maintain physical distancing and remember to check in using the displayed QR code prior to presenting to reception for your appointment.
Centacare NENW would like to continue to assure the wider community that our services remain available during this period. If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to call 1800 372 826 and speak with one of our helpful receptionists.
