    <post_title><![CDATA[Supporting Adolescent Boys]]></post_title>
    <post_content_short><![CDATA[The Supporting Adolescent Boys (SAB) Trial is a national early intervention trial for young men and adolescent boys aged 12-18 years
who present with adverse childhood experiences including family and domestic violence and who are using or at risk of using family, domestic
or sexual violence (FDSV). Centacare NENW provides this service from Moree, NSW.<br />
<br />
The program will run over three years from 2024-25 to 2026-27 to test therapeutic support services specifically for young men and
adolescent boys to:<br />
<ul>
	<li>Support participants’ recovery and healing from their experience of family and domestic violence</li>
	<br />
	<li>Help participants to avoid choosing to use FDSV</li>
	<br />
	<li>
		Build the evidence base on effective approaches to supporting young men and boys exposed to family and domestic violence to reduce the risk
		of them using FDSV.

    <post_title><![CDATA[Keep On Track (KOT)]]></post_title>
    <post_content_short><![CDATA[Keep on Track is an early intervention program that supports young people aged 10-17 years of age, who are at risk of ongoing engagement in the criminal justice system.<br/>
<br/>
Keep On Track supports and complements the Youth on Track (YOT) program and is available in Tamworth, Armidale, Narrabri &
Moree. The caseworkers work with young people aged between 10-17 years to address any social/welfare issues, prior to them having committed a
crime. Our aim is to reconnect young people back with education/employment opportunities, as well as link them in with recreational
activities and community based programs; helping to improve their engagement and reduce any antisocial behaviours. <span style="color: #ea120b;"></span><br />

    <post_title><![CDATA[Youth on Track (YOT)]]></post_title>
    <post_content_short><![CDATA[Youth on Track is an early intervention program that supports young people aged 10-17 years of age, who are at risk of ongoing engagement in
	the criminal justice system.

<br /><br />
	The program provides intensive one on one case management that is tailored to the specific criminogenic factors that affect the young person
	risk of reoffending. Factors can include substance use, peer relations, education/employment, attitudes and beliefs, family living
	circumstances, leisure/recreation and personality/behaviour. Case management support is generally 3-12 months in duration.

	minimisation, engagement and delivery of evidence-based practices to promote best treatment outcomes for young people.

    <post_content_short><![CDATA[The Individual Placement Support (IPS) program is designed to help young people experiencing mental health problems into employment. The
program seeks to source appropriate employment suitable for the young person. The program differs from other employment services by working

    <post_content_short><![CDATA[Nurturing Resilience and Growth (NRG) provides mental health support to young people, aged 12 to 25, who are experiencing, or at risk of
	experiencing, complex mental health issues.<br />

This program is co-located with Centacare’s headspace services, allowing for transition of young people depending on their needs.<br />

    <post_content_short><![CDATA[<a href="https://headspace.org.au/headspace-centres/tamworth/" target="_blank">headspace Tamworth (and the outposts Gunnedah, Narrabri,
Moree)</a>
and <a href="https://headspace.org.au/headspace-centres/armidale/" target="_blank">headspace Armidale</a> offer free early intervention
services and support to young people aged 12 – 25 (and their family and friends) experiencing mild to moderate difficulties in four key
areas:

	<li>Mental health</li>
	<li>Physical and sexual health</li>
	<li>Work and study</li>
	<li>Alcohol and other drugs</li>
</ul>
headspace Tamworth (and outposts) and headspace Armidale service providers work together to make it as easy as possible for young people and their family and friends to access the support they require including making referrals to other services internally and externally. This may include allocation to our Youth Complex Care program (Nurture, Resilience & Growth  – NRG) which is co-located with headspace.<br />
