Centacare NENW was pleased to attend the Mental Health Awareness Day at Viaduct Park, hosted by the Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation (TAMS-AC).

Our team attended to promote Centacare’s mental health services and engage with local service providers in supporting community wellbeing and access to care. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen connections and share information about available supports within the region.

We brought along our basketball inflatable which was a big hit with the kids and added plenty of fun and energy to the day, creating a great space for families to enjoy together.

We acknowledge and thank TAMS-AC for hosting this important community event, which brought people together for meaningful conversation, connection, and a shared reminder that looking after our mental health can also include a bit of laughter along the way.
