Here to help you through the process
People attend for different reasons.
You may have been referred by a service, advised to come, or chosen to attend yourself.
Our role is to explain the process and help you complete what’s required.

Step 1
Check what you need
You may have been asked to attend by:
- a court or legal service
- a school or agency
- a support worker
- a recommendation you’ve agreed to
Different programs have different steps — we’ll help confirm the right one.

Step 2
Start the process
Most people begin by either:
- submitting a form
- contacting our intake team
We’ll explain the requirements and book you in if appropriate.
You won’t be locked into anything during the first contact.

Step 3
Attend and complete
During the program we will:
- explain expectations clearly
- tell you what counts as completion
- answer any questions about requirements

Proof & documentation
If you need confirmation for a court, agency or employer, we can provide documentation once requirements are met.
If you’re unsure what proof you need — ask us before attending.
