How to refer

Referrals can be made by contacting our intake team.

When making a referral, please include:

  • client name and contact details
  • reason for referral
  • relevant background information
  • any safety considerations

Our team will review the referral and contact the individual or family to discuss the next steps.

Response expectations

Once a referral is received
