FRRP is funded by the Department of Social Services Family Mental Health Support Services and focuses on early support to strengthen mental health, wellbeing and family resilience.

How it works

We will talk with you to understand your needs and how we can support your family

Together, we develop a plan that is tailored to your goals

We provide flexible support, either short or longer term, depending on what you need

Program support may include:
• assessment and identification of needs
• practical support provided at school, in home or community
• case management and coordination with other services
• therapeutic or educational group programs
• information, referrals and short-term support
• community activities and mental health education

Who this is usually suitable for

  • families with children or young people aged 0–18
  • children and young people showing early signs of mental health or wellbeing concerns
  • families experiencing stress, change, or challenges impacting daily life
  • families who may be at risk of developing more complex needs without early support
  • families living in rural or regional communities with limited access to services
  • families looking for flexible, practical support to strengthen wellbeing and resilience
